REFUNDS

All sales on gogigogi.com are final; once the product has shipped, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our Customer Support at support@gogigogi.com within 14 days of delivery, and our team will work with you to resolve your issue.


If the item comes damaged, please attach a photo to your inquiry.


gogigogi is not responsible for shipment delays due to weather, a reason attributable to the courier, natural disasters, or force majeure. We are also not responsible for shipping issues for a reason attributable to the customer, such as an error in the shipping address.
